This was a capstone project presented to a panel and chosen. The project idea was to create 3 promotional videos for different majors at FLCC. I was tasked with the cinematography and post-production editing for FLCC Culinary Arts program.
It started with the project head meeting with FLCC Human Resources department and making a shooting schedule with the Culinary professors and facilities. Once that was all set 3 of us used DSLR cameras shoot B-roll and interviews at two different times at the Finger Lakes Wine and Culinary Center. Once we collected all the footage it was up to me to come up with the final product which I edited in Adobe Premiere. I also used Adobe After Effects to add the kinetic typography and Adobe Audition to clear up and fix any audio issues. I had about 8 rough cut edits before I finally settled on the final piece.
